Starbucks and Caribou Coffee are arguably two of the most popular coffee companies of students at Holy Angels. It is almost certain that you cannot go down the hallway without seeing a student with a cup from one of the companies. From late nights to pure taste, many students at Holy Angels buy the company’s products. A convenience of the Holy Angels location is the three Caribou Coffee locations on 66th street. The convenient locations make it easy for students to pick up a drink before or after school. Although the companies are based off of coffee, some students find the other refreshers more appealing. A few members of the Junior class were interviewed and shared their opinions on the company’s drinks.

Alexis Swartout chose Starbucks because, “[Starbucks has] better refreshers and teas”.
Lillie Stotts chose Caribou because, “Caribou is just better, also I am from Minnesota so I have to”.
Maddie Johnson said Starbucks because, “It [Starbucks] is way better. When I go by a Starbucks and Caribou I always go to the Starbucks”.
Regan Loichle chose both saying, “Depends on what you want, they both have good options, Caribou has better refreshers and hot chocolate, but Starbucks has better coffee”.
Steph Goedde said, “Caribou has better hot chocolate than Starbucks”.
Sidney Nagel said, “Starbucks has better coffee and better refreshers”.
