There are a lot of new teachers this year, including Ms. Fish. She teaches Pre-AP Chemistry and General Chemistry for grades 10-12. Ms. Fish spent the last three years teaching at charter schools around the Twin Cities. She came to Holy Angels because she was ready to move on and to teach high school chemistry which has always been her dream. So when she saw the posting for the job application she applied.
Adapting to the COVID-19 restriction has been hard; she had to find ways to teach in a hands-off way. She still wanted her students to be able to engage in the reactions of physical chemistry. She has made games and at-home versions to adapt to the new restrictions. The first few weeks of school have gone really well for her and she is very happy with her decision to work at Holy Angels. Fun fact about Ms. Fish: she can juggle and she has a twin sister who recently visited for her birthday!
